I love the concept of “transformation.”

For example, a larva sprouting wings and becoming a beautiful butterfly.

There are similar moments when a person, unaware of his or her own gifts and abilities, begins to flap their own wings and soar.

Just like the newly awakened butterfly dancing in the wind, witnessing such transformations makes me proud of my work.

BACKGROUND

Satoshi Koni graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Studies at Sophia University and studied at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He studied Educational Administration and Comparative Education, and, from his student days onward, engaged in a wide range of educational fields, including a summer internship at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.

MY DUTIES

Following graduation, he worked as a business consultant and in a sales position at a management consulting firm specializing in human resource development and organizational development. Subsequently, he took part in the establishment of First Career, which specializes in the development of young staff persons in companies, and was appointed Director and Vice President in 2016. Since 2017, he has also served as an Executive Officer of CELM Inc. He supervises the major enterprise corporate training business overall and provides enterprise business skills training. He has been a part of UMU Technology Japan since 2018 and established Learning Shift in 2019.

While undertaking research into next-generation learning that utilizes HR technologies to update learning for the age of century-long lifespans, he also practices consulting on human resource development and organizational development for corporations.
